EXCHANGE POLICY

Items purchased within Canada: If you change your mind on the item(s), we will gladly exchange within 14 days of when you received your purchase. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging, hang tags attached.

Please email changehousestore@gmail.com prior to sending your item(s) back to the address listed in contact us, to notify of an exchange request.

Once the item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s).  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement item on exchange will be. Original shipping charges will not be credited. 

Buyer is responsible for paying own shipping costs for returning your item(s).  Shipping costs are non-refundable. If receiving an exchange, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
